I have to; it clears my head; it's a form of therapy. I like what colors, forms and shapes can say. I like what different combinations of color and texture can say and the emotions that they convey. Mr. Dressup on the Canadian channel, CBC, was my first inspiration. favorite artists Jackson Pollock, Mark Rothko, Willem de Kooning, Andy Warhol, Jasper Johns, Franz Kline, Clyfford Still, Hans Hofmann, Vincent van Gogh, and Helen Frankenthaler. why I write If I don't write down what's in my head, then I'll forget and it will bother me all day.
